|1996||First Merchant Banking Investment|
|2006||Established Dinan Research Services Pvt. Ltd. in New Delhi, India, to provide a dedicated research staff and access to Asian enterprises and markets|
|2009||Committed Capital Co-Investment Fund formed|
|2012||Established Dinan Capital Advisors, a FINRA/SIPC member broker dealer, to provide sell side M&A advisory, growth equity/debt advisory, and valuation services.|
|2013||Opened San Francisco office|
