Andrew Tan

Andrew Tan joined Dinan Capital Advisors in 2025 as a Vice President in the private capital markets practice. At Dinan, he is responsible for executing private capital raising transactions, providing sponsors and entrepreneurs with capital solutions supporting a wide range of corporate initiatives.

Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Tan spent four years at B. Riley Securities and its predecessor, FocalPoint Partners, focusing on capital markets and M&A transactions for middle-market healthcare services clients. Mr. Tan also worked at Kaufman, Hall & Associates, where he provided merger and strategic partnerships advisory to healthcare payors and providers such as national health systems and regional hospitals, including for-profit and non-profit organizations. Mr. Tan started his career at H.C. Wainwright & Co in public equity capital markets advisory. Over the course of his career, Mr. Tan has executed a diverse range of transactions including initial public offerings, leveraged and equity recapitalizations, refinancings, mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures.

Mr. Tan graduated from New York University, Leonard N. Stern School of Business, with a B.S. in Finance and Accounting.
