Benjamin Johnsen is an Associate in the Deal Origination Group, responsible for actively identifying, originating, and evaluating acquisition opportunities for private equity groups and corporate acquirers primarily in the HVAC, industrial, healthcare, manufacturing, and business services sectors.
Prior to joining Dinan & Company, Mr. Johnsen interned with a private equity firm, where he conducted investment research, market analysis, deal sourcing, and due diligence in support of acquisition opportunities.
Mr. Johnsen received a B.A. in Business Entrepreneurial Leadership from the W. P. Carey School of Business at Arizona State University.
