ADCS Clinics (“ADCS”) announced it has completed the acquisition of Fort Collins Skin Clinic in Fort Collins, Colorado; a dermatology practice owned by Dr. Brad Baack and Dr. Andy Kalajian (both Board Certified Dermatologist and fellowship trained Mohs Micrographic Surgeons).
Baack and Kalajian, with their team of providers, have over 60 years of combined experience caring for patients. Since establishing the practice in Colorado in 2001, they now have 11 locations serving the greater Fort Collins community with superior patient care in general and cosmetic dermatology as well as skin cancer diagnosis and treatment.
