Control Devices, LLC announced today that it acquired specific operating assets of Flexi-Hinge Valve Company, Inc. of Fairview, PA. The transaction is Control Devices’ seventh add-on acquisition.
Flexi-Hinge Valve Company, Inc. is a leading manufacturer of check valves used in a variety of municipal and industrial applications including fire suppression, waste water treatment, and methane gas recovery.
