Northern Lakes Capital (“NLC)”, a Minneapolis, MN based private equity firm focused on supporting the growth of lower middle-market businesses, is pleased to announce the launch of SafeEdge Solutions (“SafeEdge”) in conjunction with the acquisition of Integrated Precision Systems (“IPS”).
SafeEdge is a platform established by NLC to partner with leading providers of security system services. IPS represents the first investment in the SafeEdge platform.
Based in Valley View, OH, IPS specializes in designing, installing and maintaining enterprise-class security systems for customers that operate in environments for which the efficacy of security infrastructure is critical. IPS delivers a unique customer value proposition as a full lifecycle security partner with end-to-end capabilities, including a proprietary system health monitoring platform that constantly monitors and proactively maintains the real-time health of customers’ security systems.
Founded in 1998, IPS was acquired by Rob Jackson in 2017. Rob will serve as CEO of SafeEdge, leading the platform’s strategic growth initiatives, including partnering with additional high-quality security system integrators.
