Madison, Wisconsin, May 31, 2007 – Wall Family Enterprise, Inc., (“WFE”) the parent company for DEMCO, Inc. and other leading domestic and international direct marketers to schools and libraries, announced today that it has acquired Hatch, Inc. located in Winston-Salem, North Carolina.
Hatch is a leading supplier providing technology and classroom material solutions to the early childhood market. President and CEO of WFE’s DEMCO, Inc., Bill Stroner stated that DEMCO is very pleased to have Hatch as part of the WFE family and that the acquisition of Hatch further supports the WFE’s continued emphasis on the education market. Stroner also added, “we believe that each company has a unique position in the market that we plan to continue operations in the Winston-Salem area and to retain Hatch coworkers along with the knowledge and enthusiasm they have for the Hatch business.”
