Alex Ryan has held various roles in private equity and investment banking throughout his career. He joined Dinan Capital Advisors in 2021 as a Vice President and is responsible for assisting in all aspects of M&A advisory for both potential and active client engagements. Mr. Ryan has experience in a variety of industries including; consumer, healthcare, industrials, and food and beverage.

Prior to joining Dinan Capital Advisors, Mr. Ryan was a Director at Shore Capital Partners, a private equity fund focused on the healthcare industry. Prior to his role at Shore Capital, Mr. Ryan was a Senior Associate at Atlas Holdings. Previously, Mr. Ryan worked in M&A advisory at Houlihan Lokey and Harris Williams.

Mr. Ryan holds a B.S. in Finance from the University of Minnesota.
