Mr. Stechschulte is an Associate in the Deal Origination Group, responsible for actively identifying, originating, and analyzing investment opportunities for private equity groups and corporate acquirers primarily in the specialty manufacturing, food and beverage, laboratory testing, healthcare, and flexible packaging markets.

Prior to joining Dinan & Company in 2020, Mr. Stechschulte was an IT Recruiter at Kforce, Inc., analyzing Information Technology trends and recruiting talent for Wells Fargo and Ally Bank. Prior to that, he was a Digital Marketing Account Executive assisting small to medium market companies establish online advertising.

Mr. Stechschulte received a B.A. in English Literature from Bowling Green State University.
