Bradly Minor is an Associate, primarily responsible for the preparation of pitchbooks, marketing materials, valuation analysis, industry research and investment memoranda for both potential and active client engagements. Mr. Minor assists on all aspects of M&A transaction execution.

Prior to joining Dinan Capital Advisors, Mr. Minor was a portfolio management analyst at Truist Financial, where he performed credit related analysis on a variety of industries, including Consumer & Retail, Dealerships, Food & Beverage, Industrial, and Technology.

Mr. Minor received his BS in Exercise Science from Gardner-Webb University. After graduation, he went on to complete his Masters in Accounting from North Carolina State University’s Poole College of Management.
