Mr. Hoffmann is a Vice President in the Deal Origination Group, responsible for actively identifying, originating and analyzing investment opportunities for private equity groups and corporate acquirers, primarily in the specialty manufacturing, technology and software industries.

Prior to joining Dinan and Company in 2013, Mr. Hoffmann sourced acquisition opportunities for SilverTree Health, LLC, merging businesses in the medical billing, EHR/EMR, and practice management to create and implement customized efficiencies in the healthcare industry. In addition to his tenure at SilverTree Health, Mr. Hoffmann owned and managed an ISO of PaidSuite, a payment processing company that integrates payment gateways for industrial, commercial, retail, MOTO, and Internet businesses. Previously, Mr. Hoffmann was the creative director and executive producer of an entertainment production company in Los Angeles that created, produced, filmed, and sold spec shows to the major television networks, studios, and entertainment companies.

Mr. Hoffmann received a B.A. in both English and Philosophy, magna cum laude, from Georgetown University.
