Jared Womack is an Analyst, primarily responsible for the preparation of pitchbooks, marketing materials, valuation analysis, industry research and investment memoranda for both potential and active client engagements. Mr. Womack assists on all aspects of M&A transaction execution.

Prior to joining Dinan Capital Advisors full-time, Mr. Womack began his professional career at Dinan as an Intern Analyst, assisting with formation of pitchbooks and memorandums along with conducting market research and generating company screening reports.

Mr. Womack received his B.S. in Business Administration with a major in Finance and a concentration in Business Analytics from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville.
