Mr. King is a Senior Associate in the Deal Origination Group, responsible for actively identifying, originating, and analyzing investment opportunities for private equity groups and corporate acquirers in various industries including technology & manufacturing.

Prior to joining Dinan & Company in 2017, Mr. King worked as Sales Associate for Ipro Tech, a software developer specializing in the discovery & review phases of litigation. Mr. King was the general accountant for former wind turbine manufacturer, Southwest Windpower, where he prepared financials, audit workpapers, and inventory analysis. He previously was a tax intern for PricewaterhouseCoopers. Although not an actively licensed CPA, Mr. King completed the CPA requirements for the state of Arizona in 2012.

Mr. King received a B.S. in Accountancy from Brigham Young University – Idaho.
