Mr. Kelly is a Senior Associate in the Deal Origination Group, responsible for actively identifying, originating, and analyzing investment opportunities for private equity groups and corporate acquirers primarily in the industrial manufacturing, healthcare, software, and consumer product markets.

Prior to joining Dinan & Company in 2021, Mr. Kelly worked for an Independent Distribution & Marketing Organization. In his role as Director of Business Development, he was responsible for wholesaling indexed financial products and marketing services to top-tier financial advisors throughout the USA. Prior to this, Mr. Kelly started his career in medical software sales to physicians and hospitals on a national scale.

Mr. Kelly holds a B.A. in Business & Communication from Arizona State University.
