Mr. Rickey is a Vice President in the Deal Origination Group, responsible for actively identifying, originating and analyzing investment opportunities for private equity groups and corporate acquirers primarily in the specialty manufacturing, oil and gas, aerospace, laboratory testing, healthcare, and industrial chemical markets.

Prior to joining Dinan and Company in 2009, Mr. Rickey was the founder of Journey International, Inc., a boutique investment bank. At Journey Michael focused on originating and managing sell-side engagements, gaining extensive experience in the communication tower, home healthcare, medical device, injection molding, and water treatment industries.

Mr. Rickey received his MBA from Arizona State University and holds a B.S. in Business Management from the University of Alabama.
