Michael J. Reister is a Sr. Vice President with 10+ years of experience as an M&A advisor for middle-market companies across a wide variety of industries. As a Sr. Vice President, Mr. Reister is responsible for executing all aspects of client engagements for the firm.

Prior to joining Dinan Capital Advisors in 2013, Mr. Reister was employed by Venture51 Capital Fund, a venture capital firm specializing in seed, Series A, and early-stage investments, where he was responsible for reviewing potential investments and monitoring active investments. At Venture51, Mr. Reister was also involved in the firm’s $25M fundraising process.

Mr. Reister received a B.S. degree, Cum Laude, in Economics from Arizona State University.
