Mr. Montano is a Senior Associate in the Deal Origination Group, responsible for actively identifying, originating, and analyzing investment opportunities for private equity groups and corporate acquirers primarily in the manufacturing, consulting, electronics, and healthcare fields.

Prior to joining Dinan and Company in 2016, Mr. Montano was an Associate Broker at Vanguard. He actively re-structured clients' portfolios, gave them investment guidance, and executed mutual fund trades. Previously, he worked as a researcher at the Kellogg School of Management, Northwestern University.

Mr. Montano received a B.A. in Political Science from Northwestern University.
