Prior to joining DRS in 2008, Mr. Gulati worked with shared centers of leading global Executive search and qualitative research firms (Egon Zhender International, Heidrick & Struggles, Pipal Research and Team Lease) in various capacities, primarily managing their Research & Database functions. Mr. Gulati has in-depth experience of managing projects and processes, and has a proven track record of developing procedures, service standards and operational policies.

Mr. Gulati holds a PGDBM with specialization in HR from JIMS (New Delhi).
