Richard DeSimone is an Associate, responsible for preparing industry research and valuation analysis across a broad range of industries. Mr. DeSimone assists in the preparation of client and marketing materials, investment memoranda, and in all aspects of M&A transaction execution.

Prior to joining Dinan Capital Advisors, Mr. DeSimone worked in the transaction advisory services practice at RSM US LLP, where he provided quality of earnings and financial due diligence services on M&A transactions across a variety of industries.

Mr. DeSimone graduated cum laude from Arizona State University, earning his BS and his Master of Accountancy from the W.P. Carey School of Business. He currently holds the Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation and is licensed in the State of Illinois.
