Prior to joining DRS in 2011, Mr. Jayal worked at AVIVA Life Insurance in various capacities including the sale of life insurance products through a Global Bank and providing backend support to the finance and investment team in managing different investment portfolios. He is an experienced professional having more than 12 years of diversified experience.

Mr. Jayal holds an MBA in International Trade and Business from Indian Institute of Foreign Trade (Delhi), Advanced Master’s in Financial and Actuarial Engineering from KU Leuven (Belgium), and PGDIM in Insurance Management from Amity School of Insurance and Actuarial Sciences.
