William Clark is an Analyst, primarily responsible for the management of diligence and the preparation of pitchbooks, marketing materials, valuation analysis, industry research, and investment memoranda for both potential and active client engagements. Mr. Clark assists on all aspects of M&A transaction execution.

Prior to joining Dinan Capital Advisors, Mr. Clark was an Analyst Intern at martinwolf, where he focused on Middle-Market M&A transactions in the Tech and IT industries. Mr. Clark began his professional career with Dinan Capital Advisors as a Summer Analyst Intern, where he focused on the preparation of marketing materials, financial models, and industry and valuation analysis.

Mr. Clark received his B.S. in Finance from W.P. Carey School of Business at Arizona State University.
