Cypress Multigraphics, of Tinley Park, IL, has announced the recent acquisition of Stratecom Graphics of Athens, GA, from the Menasha Corporation. The acquisition is the third pressure sensitive label company that Cypress Multigraphics has bought in the past five years.
“Our core competencies in the HVAC and household appliance markets will be strengthened by this acquisition,” says Roger A. Szafranski, president. Those markets have traditionally been supported by the company’s Decal Minnesota facility in Plymouth, MN, and by CM Associates in Tinley Park.
Stratecom Graphics is a converter of decals and labels for the outdoor power equipment market. Capabilities include flexo, UV rotary letterpress, hot stamping and screen printing.
