Houlihan Smith & Company, Inc. (Houlihan) acted as advisor to Southeast Directional Drilling, Inc. in arranging a growth capital investment with Sorenson Capital. The transaction was announced by Charles Botchway, Group Managing Director of Houlihan, and led by Houlihan Smith Managing Director Barry Petersen. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
