Mid-State Industrial Maintenance (“Mid-State”), a portfolio company of CenterGate Capital, today announced that it has further expanded its field and shop capabilities with the acquisition of Elmco Industrial Services (“Elmco”).
Headquartered in Van Wert, Ohio, Elmco is a mechanical shop and field services provider to the aggregate, grain, powdered metals, food processing, and general industrial and manufacturing industries. Mid-State and Elmco serve similar end markets with a focus on safety, superior service, and strong long-term customer relationships.
