Mr. Lloyd is a Senior Associate in the Deal Origination Group, responsible for actively identifying, originating, and analyzing investment opportunities for private equity groups and corporate acquirers primarily in the healthcare, oil and gas, consumer products, and industrial manufacturing industries.

Prior to joining Dinan and Company in 2017, Mr. Lloyd was involved in residential construction management and multifamily investment sales.

Mr. Lloyd received a B.S. in Communications at DePaul University.
