Mr. Ward is a Vice President in the Deal Origination Group, responsible for actively identifying, originating and analyzing investment opportunities for private equity groups and corporate acquirers primarily in commercial and industrial manufacturing, distribution, and service industries.

Prior to joining Dinan and Company in 2003 as an Associate, Mr. Ward provided managerial consulting services to a number of public and private companies. Previous positions include Vice President of Marketing for World Tree Technologies, Public Relations for National Scientific, and Investment Executive at Paine Webber.

Mr. Ward received a B.S. in Finance from Arizona State University.
