Luke Pacini is a Senior Analyst, primarily responsible for the preparation of pitchbooks, marketing materials, valuation analysis, industry research and investment memoranda for both potential and active client engagements. Mr. Pacini assists on all aspects of M&A transaction execution.

Prior to joining Dinan Capital Advisors, Mr. Pacini was a member of the leadership development program at Axon, where he was responsible for analyses and projections for both reported and internal financials across all verticals of the business.

Mr. Pacini received a B.S., Cum Laude, in Finance from The College of New Jersey.
