Cody West is a Senior Analyst, primarily responsible for the preparation of pitchbooks, marketing materials, valuation analysis, industry research and investment memoranda for both potential and active client engagements. Mr. West assists on all aspects of M&A transaction execution.

Prior to joining Dinan Capital Advisors, Mr. West worked at Zions Bank where he was responsible for underwriting multi-million dollar leveraged financing, analyzing financial statements, providing cash flow forecasts, and determining financial covenants, deal structure and risk analysis. Prior thereto, Mr. West worked as an Analyst at Tritium Partners, a growth-focused Private Equity firm, where he assisted with developing investment themes, performing industry analysis, and actively supporting Tritium’s partners with identifying strategic acquisition targets. Lastly, Mr. West began his professional career as a Summer Analyst Intern with Dinan Capital Advisors, focusing on the preparation of marketing materials, financial models and performing industry and valuation analysis.

Mr. West received his B.S. in Finance from the University of Utah.
