Jonathan Dunkleberger is an Analyst, primarily responsible for the management of diligence and the preparation of pitchbooks, marketing materials, valuation analysis, industry research, and investment memoranda for both potential and active client engagements. Mr. Dunkleberger assists on all aspects of M&A transaction execution.

Prior to joining Dinan Capital Advisors full-time, Mr. Dunkleberger began his career with Dinan Capital Advisors as a Summer Analyst Intern, where he focused on the preparation of marketing materials, financial models, and industry and valuation analysis.

Mr. Dunkleberger received his B.S. in Quantitative Economics and Management from the University of Arizona, graduating summa cum laude.
