Sahil Hotchandani is an Analyst, primarily responsible for the preparation of pitchbooks, marketing materials, valuation analysis, industry research and investment memoranda for both potential and active client engagements. Mr. Hotchandani assists on all aspects of M&A transaction execution.

Prior to joining Dinan Capital Advisors full-time, Mr. Hotchandani began his professional career at Dinan as an Intern Analyst, assisting with formation of pitchbooks and memorandums along with conducting market research and generating company screening reports.

Mr. Hotchandani received a B.A. in Economics and Mathematics with a Specialization in Financial Economics from Emory University.
